The checkout process is handled by Paypal. No account is required with neither one of the two. After you select the item you want to purchase, press the Checkout with PayPal button, and the system will initiate your check out. Once redirected to Paypal, you will have to enter your credit card info or Paypal account details. Once the payment go thru, the system will show you the encrypted download link for your download. PayPal will send you also a confirmation mail and mail with the download details. You download link would be available for 12 hours.

The Buyer Complaint Policy only applies to payments for tangible, physical goods which can be shipped, and excludes all other payments, including but not limited to payments for intangibles, for services or for licenses and other access to digital content. In addition, items prohibited in the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy are ineligible for coverage. All sales are final and no refund will be issue. By purchasing any goods from this website, you automatically acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions reported in this page.

Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and deliverables can be duplicated. Once a purchase has been made, it is unfortunately not possible for me to recall all copies/deliverables (such as preset files, video links and similar). Therefore, no refunds will be given, no exemptions.

You are advised to backup your purchased files. However, if you dont have a copy of your file and your hard drive crashes or you’ve deleted your purchased files, I can help. All you will have to do is providing me your Paypal transaction number and I will issue one or more download links for you. There is a €5.00 charge for this service and I am not able to waive this fee under any circumstances since the problem was not cause by me.
